What a perfect pre workout meal. Low carb, low fat and high protein but full of taste!
🐓 2 chicken fillets
🐷 2 slices of Parma ham
🍍 1 ring of pineapple
🍜 1 packet of ‘boodles’ (butternut squash noodles)
🐮 Low fat, protein cheese from MyProtein
🌱 asparagus and mixed veg
🐄 0% Greek yogurt
🍴 1 garlic glove
👌 chicken stock cube
🔹 butterfly (slice chicken in half and open flat) chicken and pan fry in coconut oil for 5mins
🔹 Fry all veg in a wok with coconut oil, crushed garlic and stock cube.
🔹 Remove chicken and place chopped pineapple on top, then wrap in 1 spice of parma ham and top with cheese. Place under grill for 2 mins until melted.
🔹 Place boodles in microwave for 3mins.
🔹 Add 2-3 table spoons of yogurt in with your veg and slowly heat on a low heat.
🔹 Add in your boodles and mix.
🔹 Place veg and boodles on plate and top with chicken.
